About Me
I am so excited to be offering IFS consultation to you! This IFS journey is a blessing to so many, and I am grateful for this opportunity to support you the way others have supported me on this journey.
IFS has changed my life, both personally and professionally. It has shifted how I parent and improved my marriage and other relationships. Because I am both an LCPC and CADC, addiction and the family are areas of interest to me.
I continue to gain insight into this model by participating in my own counseling, meeting with a consultant regularly, participating in a peer supervision group, I am Level 3 trained, and PA regularly for Level 1 and 2 trainings. I have attended many IFS workshops through Life Architect to continue deepening my knowledge.
If you want to gain a deeper understanding of this model and have a chance to process cases where you feel stuck, I welcome that. In a group setting, you will gain the benefit of others' input as well and learn more together.
I am passionate about IFS, and look forward to working with you and sharing this journey with you.

Stay tuned for the announcement of a
new book that I am publishing.
This is the sneak peek: it's called "Parts on a Path" - a book co-written by my ex-husband and me about how we learned about our parts while hiking in the woods including the Appalachian Trail!
