About Me

I am so excited to be offering IFS consultation to you!  This IFS journey is a blessing to so many, and I am grateful for this opportunity to support you the way others have helped me on this journey.

IFS has changed my life, both personally and professionally.  It has shifted how I parent and better informed my marriage relationship.  Because I am both an LCPC and CADC, addiction and the family are areas of interest to me.

I continue to gain insight into this model by participating in my own counseling, meeting with a consultant regularly, and participating in a peer supervision group.  I have attended many IFS workshops through Life Architect to continue deepening my knowledge.

If you want to gain a deeper understanding of this model and have a chance to process cases where you feel stuck, I welcome that.  In a group setting, you will gain the benefit of others' input as well and learn more together.
I am passionate about IFS, Level 2 trained and Certified with the IFS-Institute.
I have been a PA for both level 1 and level 2 trainings and I plan to continue being a PA in future trainings.

I am not yet a Certified Consultant, so if you are NOT looking to become certified in IFS, either one is suitable for you.
