INTRODUCTION TO INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS
FOR PROFESSIONALS
In these workshops, I will provide an overview of the Internal Family Systems model. Internal Family Systems is a way for people to understand themselves in a deeper way and that, in turn, can offer insight about others and their relationships with them. Participants will have an opportunity to do some introspection using this model in a meditative-type manner, have opportunities to ask questions and engage in discussion, and observe the founder conduct a recorded session using this model.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will:

Gain an overview of the Internal Family Systems Model

Have an opportunity to learn about a Part of their internal system

Observe how the model is used in a therapeutic setting

Learn how the IFS approach differs from other therapeutic modalities
